How come i havent lost any weight and i'v been doing my bicycle for 30 mins everyday

Changes are you gained muscle, or lost inches instead of weight, don't worry your work out is doing more than you think.
 
the workout your doing is fine but i think that your diet is not balance and that has to change...
 
since dec. 9?. HELP 10pts? i been doing it everyday for 30 mins really intence.. maybe like 22 mph. and burning 380 - 400 cals. on it.?? i sweated a lot ..since like dec. 9 and i been doing like 6 times a week ....and on my scale it even shows i gained like 2 or 3 pounds >:[
please help oout what am i doing wrong?... i dont want to continue doing it knowing i wont lose inches/weight.. but if results have to take long time then i will do it...i just need to kno will i eventually lose those inches?. i dont want to do weight training bcuz then i just might gain inches and i dont want my legs bigger cuz there a little fat. maybe i should add 20 kmins of pilates ??
 
It is the food you are eating.It happened to me if you are trying to loose weight you have to eat particular foods. Like veggies and fruit or low fat yogurt. Just keep doin what u are doin and eat the right food.
 
It takes months to see results. You might even gain a little weight first, thats only because your building up muscle. Just stick to your routine and in a couple of months you'll start to loose weight. Hope this helps!
 
Remember, muscle weighs more than fat. It could just mean that you are gaining muscle which is really good.
 
u might have gained some muscle. to solve this- strech 5 minutes b4 exercise and 5 minutes after-so atleast ur muscles stretch out and u don't LOOK as bulky.

your diet could affect it a lot as well. make sure your diet is okay
