How come high end models dont smile in photos? Also, how come some people dont look...

...as pretty when they smile? for that second question, i have noticed some people look much better when they dont smile...and on the contrary, some look much better when they do smile as opposed to being poker faced.....maybe its the facial features?

High fashioned models keep a serious face.
Its really mysterous, and considered sexy.

Girls who smile in photos get called "cute".
Serious is more "sexy-like".
