How come girls in Southern California can't dance in the club?

The clubs in Southeren California are lame and preppy. All the rich people are to good enough, to dance, and stay in VIP. The other ones are to stuck up, to dance with anyone. Down south it really isn't like that. Females out there dance and bump in grind in the club, even in Seattle and Portland, the females dance.
