how come everytime i send a email a box pops up saying you have been disconnected...

...from yahoo chat because you? have signed in on another computer, are my emails going through and how do i stop that box from poping up
 
Sounds like you walked away from another computer leaving yourself signed in there. You might also think you are in email but really you are in chat. Click the little down arrow next to the word New and make sure you are signed out of chat. Then click the Email.
