How come Al Gore won't debate anyone on Global Warming?

Many people have asked to debate him on it but he refuses or ducks out. The President of Chezc Republic wants to debate him but he refuses. If Gore is right, then why won't he go for it?
 
because its almost June and people are still walking around in jackets...
