If it's not on a digital camera or phone, i.e. it is a real photo on photo paper, you will have to scan it in. If you don't have a scanner, ask a friend.
If you don't have a friend with a scanner, ask in a photo shop if they can scan it in and put it on a disk for you, but that will cost quite a bit probably.
