How can you watch videos using the EZ-Flash Vi Flashcart?

So, recently I got one for my Nintendo DS Lite and I decided to exploit all it's capacities. But I can't watch videos. Help.

You have to convert your videos to an insanely obscure filetype. (DMG)

Then you can use moonshell or something.
