how can you watch tv from mexico in USA?

a good friend i had to leave behind in mexico, has a tv show. i want to watch it from here the US but i do not know how. she says its on canal 10 cablevision, any one know how to view the program?
 
don't know about the cable providers but for directv or dish you would add the spanish programing to your package. i would ask the provider you choose if that channel is in the package
 
Your going to have to find out what channel that is on USA tvs. Foreign channels are going to be far, like in the 500 and 600's.
