I'm in track and I run the 55m, 150m, and when out door season starts I will fun the 100m and 200.
(m = meters)
I want to learn how to sprint faster and what kind of exercises I can do to train myself and make it happen. My goal is improve at least 2 seconds. If anyone has any other comments, suggestions, opinions, and/or advice to add, I'd like to hear them all
I really really REALLY want to be one of the fastest on the team and win state again.
I have my first meet coming up this Friday and I really want to train so then I can place in state and go into varsity. If you can help me that'd be absolutely AHMAZINGGG!!! Thanks in advance everyone! ^_^
