I have some glass canisters that have clamp lids (ceramic lid with metal clamp) with rubber gaskets, and I would like to know if they are airtight. How can I tell if they are? Also, I want to look for more in the store, and how can I recognize what is airtight or not, if they're not in a box that says so? Thank you.
