How can you tell if a guy with dry humor is flirting with you?

The guy I like doesn't really use loud dirty crude jokes, he's more the type that makes cheesy jokes, and he doesn't laugh or smile a lot, he's just really chill. He's like that deadpan dry-humor kind of guy. Whenever I'm with him, he makes fun of me in a cute teasing way but I'm not sure if he's flirting with me because he's not really exuberant with his emotions.
 
Well if he's teasing you then perhaps, it depends on how much time he spends with you and junk. A way to tell is if he laughs at your jokes - because he doesn't really laugh - especially if you know that your joke is really bad. Does he play fight? <- That's another thing.
