When I send, say, a music folder, from my PC to a phone, it tells me that "Bluetooth file transfer cannot transfer folders. To transfer the contents of a folder, open the folder and select the files you want to send." This is extremely annoying when trying to send albums made up of about 15 files. Plus, on a blackberry you have to accept & select where you want to save each files which means I have to sit here and watch the whole thing transfer. This would not be a problem if I could send a full folder.
Is there any third party programs that allow me to send a full folder, or is there any way to do it through windows?

I can send all files at once, but as I said, I have to sit and accept them all one-by-one which takes ages.
And nope, I cannot disable that I have to accept each files individually.
