I am running Adobe Flash Player 10 on a netbook w/ Windows 7 Starter OS. When logging into a site that opens a Flash pop-up window, there is a blank area where the scroll bar should be (up/down scrollbar on the right side of window.) Finger gestures on touch pad will not scroll either. Tried uninstalling Flash/ reinstalling...nothing. Tried in Firefox as well as Internet Explorer...same results.
