How can you Pre-order Games?

I'm looking to preorder
Transformers:War for Cybertron
and
Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm 2

from Best Buy
or
Game stop

can I get any exclusives from preordering from any of those 2 stores
and
can I preorder in the store in person Or do I have to preorder it from online.
 
You can do it both online and in store

Usually Gamestop has better exclusives sometimes you even get a discount for pre-ordering or some exclusice add-on.

Go to GameStop but if you hear about a better deal at bestbuy you can always get a refund for you pre-order
