How can you play a Dailymotion playlist to a Samsung LCD TV which isn't a 2010 model?

I think 2010 model Samsung LCDs have a dailymotion app for direct streaming, but not sure about older ones. Is there some way to do this on an 08 or 09 model? Can they be streamed from a computer/laptop? What would you need to buy to do this?
