It may sound like a dumb question, but let's say you're a talented student and apply for an university, no matter what. You are accepted in there, but you don't have the enough money to pay for all of the things. What you could do. Even if you enter between the first ones, if you don't have the money, you won't be accepted. How can you get in, even if you don't have the necessary money?
