How can you off the Packet Data (SUN) in a Nokia 5730 Xpress Music Phone?

I am from the Philippines & I use sun sim card. I have a Nokia 5730 Xpress Music Phone, & the Packet Data automatically ons or something when I don't even need it. Pls. help me on how to off it because when Packet Data is on and you don't use it at all my bill becomes very High. & my parents are already angry. So pls. help!
