hey!
well my feet have a high instep but they're not banana feet! im pretty sure that i have improved my right foots point but my left is still quite bad. my right foot has a nice enough curve but my left looks completely straight! i know i must have mad my right foot better but i dont know how!!!!!
i do about 10 reps of pointing my feet through a theraband (the strength is hard) with each foot. i then do another exercise with my theraband for my ankle strength and more for over all leg strength. i sometimes do about 5 - 10 reps of rapping the band around my toes and pointing my foot so i get a stretch in the front of my foot.
i do relives and eleves any time im standing up! (even in school i cant stay still!)
im not en pointe. i only do two 1 hour classes a week but i practice at home about 1 - 2 hours a day. including stretches.
please help!
