How/Can you get a chemistry set to make a love potion in Sims 2?

I read that you can get/buy a chemistry set to make a love potion in Sims. How you get that chemistry set to make potions in Sims 2 or Sims 2 Double Deluxe? I am wondering... because my mother sims needs a love potion. I am wondering if I can get the chemistry set to make potions WITH Sims 2 or Sims 2 Double Deluxe! Thanks, please help me if you can!
