how can you find a IP address for fraud?

ok yesterday i checked my bank account and it was -119.89 dollars and i havent bought anything over the internet, and when i tried goin on to the site it took me tp a page i dont know, but i wanted to find out how to get the user name or password or anything to find out who has done this buy in the billing information at the bottom has an ip addreess but my ip address? how can i find that someone!!! and how can the police track the ip address and more like how would it show by like there home address, name, number, etc??? pleasee helpp

You cannot find a person's Exact location, name, number, etc. using his or her IP address. A common person can find only the basic geographical locations such as country, state, latitude, longitude, ISP, etc of an IP address by doing an IP search. You can do an IP search from www.IP-Details.com . But a police can find it out the complete details of an IP address with the help of ISP (internet service provider). So you can definitely make a complaint to the police and find out the fraud.
