How can you feed a power cord thru a 100 ft garden hose?

I have cut the male section off the cord and want to feed it through a 100ft long rubber garden hose so I can rn power to a dock. Any suggestions?

Use a snake. It's a stiff piece of metal that comes on a coil - much like a tape measure, only stiffer.

Electricians use them to pull wires through conduit. You could probably rent one somewhere.

Why not just use an outdoor cord to start with? For that run it would need to be at least 12/3 to power more than a fan at the dock end.

Pick up a roll of mechanics wire.
Run the mechanics wire through the hose then wrap it around the electric cord then pull the whole thing back through to the other end.
