im 15 and 5 foot 11" my legs seem really long to me so i want a larger upper body, larger arms and shoulders and a more defined 6pack does any body know anything apart from steriods that can help?

Unless you want to develop nice breasts, your bollocks to shrink and develop uncontrollable mood swings, steroids are best avoided.

Two months is not an awfully long time to build significant mass, but you can certainly make a difference in that time. Concentrate on compound exercises such as bench presses, military presses, cleans etc, which work more than one muscle group and have an overall anabolic effect. To get defined abs, you need to strip away any overlying fat by increasing cardio. However, it is very difficult to simultaneously loose fat and gain muscle: you're body is trying to do two opposite processes at the same time. Most people put on a little fat when they're in a bulking phase, so it depends on whether mass or definition is your short-term goal.

Well, if you have any fat at all on your body, you need to get rid of it with cardio, then start lifting weights and tone up those parts! Inverse crunch is great for abs!

Hit the gym really hard for a month. Wear yourself out, do 3X10 on bench, curls, squats, and dips and pullups if u can do those. Also try doing 4X25 on pushups, and look up 8 minute abs on you tubeand do those exercises three times a day, it really ows burn. the next month take 2 days for break, then go every other day with the same routine, eat plenty of protein and drink lots of milk.
