How can you be intimate with someone, when you are used to just fooling around?

im coming to an age that i need to be serious or something. and i feel like from all the past experiences with heart break and stuff. that i learned to be hollow and not able to trust anybody. and im so scared to open my heart. i dont know how i can be with someone. what can i do! what would u do? what would jesus do? aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa
