How can we get Obama's "laser focus" back on job creation - does he have ADHD or what?

Wouldn't 2 years of "laser focus" have dropped the unemployment rate down at least a few points?
slp@ I do realize this is the problem - but what has Obama done in 2 years to address that problem?
