We brought that to a repair shop but they charge us to much than the cost of the printer. I tried to find this assembly on line but I could not find. Please help.
Buy a new one, or buy the parts and fix it yourself.. Generally labour is always going to cost more than the price of the product.. They of course want you to buy a new one anyway..
