how can we differentiate between 3 megapixel image and 5 megapixel image???

how do i know that this image is from 3 megapixel camera and this one is from 5 megapixel camera............i have two camera phones of 3 and 5 mp respectively.......the pictures are same so how can i differentiate???????????is any tool?
 
there is only one way to differentiate i.e. to zoom in using a software and seeing after which zoom level the pixels appear.........in a 5 mpx camera the pixels will appear lter than the 3 mpx one
