How can we boycott the Chinese Olympics this year???

With the recent (and ongoing) crack down by Chinese govt and the Tibetian people rioting. How can we as a people boycott the Bejing Olympics and send a message to the Olympic commities and other govts not to send people there to compete till China cleans up its act?
