Lol I closed out a loan for a Mexican who couldnt even read or write spanish his OWN LANGUAGE.
The guy cleans up construction work sites. He had about 70,000 in hard savings!
Another guy his name is Santos did construction and he had get this 120,000 hard savings and owned 3 houses.
He prob had like over 500,000 hard equity he sold the houses now too.
I went over his house he had no phone line, no internet, however his house was nice inside though it was well decorated and clean. It was small though about 3 bedroom and 2 bathrooms. His wife had a Sienna Toyota van that he bragged about how he got it for her. The guy sound like he got his wife a new bimmer. His car was a Dodge Ram duelie that was about 8-10 years old.
Hell I have a construction/home improvement license I should go into business with some mexican most of them dont even have the license.

The tacky shit they buy is at Checker for $9.99 or less. They can accessorize their hoopty rides for under $100. This will get the do-it-yourself purple tint job, the chrome fender flares, the gigantic window flares, the praying hands sticker, and their choice of Old English script letters so they can spell out their last name to let the other Mexican's know whose whip it is. If they are really ballers they will spring the extra $500 for 100 spoke 15" daytons and white walls.

Also does alot of land scaping jobs. On top of that I doubt he pays taxes on everything.
Construction workers get about 20-25 an hr too.
Even some of the fruit pickers get 14 an hour because no one wants to do it.

No kidding. There are banks that will open accounts with foreign IDs. They will open an account knowing that it is an illegal. Look at cell phone companies too. If they don't have a social security number they can get pre-paid phones or they can pay the deposit.
All they need to do is live in a home where someone IS legal and stay out of trouble.
