How can one work in a similar environment to the Ace of Cakes show?

I saw the show Ace of Cakes and I was wondering what type of people do they hire. I'm assuming they are pastry chefs with a touch of artist. Do you think they hire people trained in Architecture or Industrial Design. People with strong 3D sense?
 
yes, but some baking/decorating background is probably crutial too. Their cakes are really expensive, so they probably hire pros. But then they have alot of fun at their job too, so it's kind of the ideal place to work. :D good luck!
