Offender convicted of attempted murder--- sentenced as a Youthful Offender in ADULT court for 6 years--- NOT sentenced as a juvenile.
No probation.. (probation would have required the restitution be paid)
Court ordered restitution in 2003 in Florida.
Questions:
Is it too late to file this in civil court?
Or is there a way to collect this?
