How can my son stay involved in football until he graduates HS. He is a 5th yr senior.?

My son will be a 5th yr HS senior, ineligible because of the 8 sem rule to play sports. What would be the best way to keep him involved in football until he goes to college has his elig.back? He is a running back and d-end.
