how can my in-laws come visit us from india? please help?

i was born in america. i have been married for 2 year. because of a very bad situation my husband can not go back to india to visit his parents any time soon. what is the process that (we,they,I) can do so that they can come visit us here in the u.s.? (I need a lot of information that can help me, so if u have anything please let me know)
