in del rio texas? he had a kid 2 years ago,he wasn't married to the mother of the child, he sing the birth certificate, but since the beginning the mother didn't want for him to be near the child, he try to help her out with some money, but she refused it, on march 2008 she started to ask help from welfare, but they barely start taking half of his paycheck a month ago, the thing is he NEVER was notified about some kind of court or something, he didn't sing nothing, never at all, before they started to take away his money. Now we are trying to contact the mother of the child, and she is with this immature attitude that she now haves the full custody of the child, and she doesn't need his money and she doesn't want nothing from him, and she always says "please stop contacting me"(adding that he had never being rude with her and treating her with respect) Rigth now we don't know what to do, because he doesn't know his rigths, he never got the copy of the court order, he wants to give his parental rigths, but she said that is not in her hands, its the court, it hard for us because we live in texas and she is in califronia, what can we do to get the copy of the court order? or what can we do in this situation?
 
what you could do is ummmmmmmmmm! write to the court saying that you need a copy of the court order of the child custody/and support order. call them also. his rights are shit!. sorry to sound pitiless, but i went through the same thing with my eight year old and her mother. court and all. just pay the child support, and make due. there is nothing he can do. the courts very rarely recognize a father. the mother is untouchable. unless he wanted the child, and he could prove that she was unfit and the baby would be better with the father. but he would need hard facts.
