At my college, they provide me with a gym I can use. However, it's the summer and they don't let me use it because I don't have any summer courses. Since I'm tight on my budget, I cannot afford to pay a gym membership at another gym.
What do you recommend I can do to keep me in shape? Are there exercises I can do without using machines or free weights?
