My braces where removed about a month ago but there is still swollen gums. Just a little but very noticeable. Also how do I whiten my teeth without doing anything drastic. I brush twice a say with a sonic are electric toothbrush and mouthwash without fluoride and regular floss. Anything else I can do? No whitestrips, I'm fifteen.
