How can i watch my ps3 on my pc monitor through composite in?

I have a rgb composite in on the front of my pc and i can see the video from my ps3 through nero capture but in full screen there is about 1 second of lag and the resolution looks like crap . so what im asking is: is there a program that will let me watch my ps3 through the composite in on the pc without lag? and hopefully look nice too
