How can I view the amount of txt messages I txted from my Verizon Wireless phone?

I don't want to go over my amount of 5000 text messages. So I need to keep track of how many texts I send but don't know how ?
 
one of the best ways is to log into my verizon.com, it will show youre usage for all of the devices on youre acount. or call 1.800.922.0204, and follow the prompts to get to cust service, they can look at your bill if you are the acount holder, or can verrify the acount as an acount manager
