How can i use the built in webcam on windows vista?

I just got a new laptop, and its vista with a built in webcam. The webcam works fine when im on MSN, but i cant find it in my programs??

It just doesn't seem to be there? Do i have to download a program for it to run on? if so can anyone recommend and good ones?

any help appreciated! :)
