How can i use my WiFi and WLAN on my nokia c3 it won't connect?

Every time i go to go on the internet on my c3 it comes up with my WLAN network, i click it. It then says connecting and after a few seconds, asks me to chose my connection again, which i find strange. Then i click it, and it says 'Network no longer available'. It does this when i try to connect by mobile internet too. Why is this and how can i fix it?
