How can I use a Siemens Gigaset SE567 as a wireless signal repeater?

My neighbor has a Siemens Gigaset SE567 (Telus) that I have my computer connected to through WiFi. I have discussed this with my neighbor and he has no problems with me using his internet (mine got disconnected and I'm slowly saving money to be able to pay the bill) so I'm using his internet for the time being. I also have a Gigaset just like his that I wish to use to boost his signal so I can achieve better connection strength and speed (basically the connection is just like dial-up at the moment). I also have a Belkin N150 wireless router that I could use too. My neighbor has given me the MAC address and all the information from his Gigaset that I could use for mine. Basically I want to "clone" all the information from his Gigaset to mine and bridge the two together so his signal repeats to my Gigaset so I can connect to my Gigaset and achieve a better internet connection. How can I go about doing this? I've also tried doing it on the Belkin but I can't figure it out.

Ok, let me tell you something. First reset your router and also make your computer static ip address. Like if your friend has got an ip like this 192.168.1.1 then make your computer 192.168.1.230 manually. Then when you reset your router then also disable his DHCP and also make 192.168.1.25. then fill every information your friend gave it to you like wifi security and the name of the wifi. Also be in mind same channel and then match together. If you need help online then let me know. email me or come on the messenger. Good luck
