how can i use a downloaded html document for windows movie maker?

I need help i am trying to download football highlights to make a video montage of my favorite team with music like the ones currently on you tube

An html document describes a web page. It is the markup language used to tell where and how things appear on a web page, how the page displays. It is not a video format, nor can it be converted into a video format. It sounds like you tried to download an embedded Flash video and it wouldn't allow you to do it (not surprising, such things are not out there for you to freely download without permission), what you got is just web page without the video.
