How can i upload a video of my fish? I need some help!?

i have made a video of my molly and i think she is pregnant but because this is the first time i had mollies i need some help about her.
Please tell me how to upload my video ?

you need to change the format of the video on order to make the video size smaller to upload quick.if it isnt that big just upload it on youtube. make an account then go to the upload bit.
