How can I upload a html file to the internet?

I saved a test file as a web page ( I am a teacher). On my desktop, I have the file document, and a folder with the files to support opening it. How would I publish it to a web page so my students could take the test online? Also, any free web sites you know that would allow me to do this? Thanks!!

YOu need to get some webspace and a domainname. Webspace can cost as low as $4/month and a domain name is about $15 per year.
