I have 2 different lines on AT&T. I became a new customer with AT&T in December 2009. The primary line is eligible to upgrade to the new 4g but the second line has to wait until 09/2011. I am not for sure why because we signed the contract for both lines on the exact same date. Does anyone know how I can get AT&T to upgrade both lines at the discounted rate for eligible upgrades?
