How can I unscrew an odd-looking screw on my car stereo? *Look for more Info*?

This screw is kind of circular shaped but has 3 divits in it and it kinda looks like a fan blade? its very small, maybe a 1/4 wrench but wrenches won't work. Please help if you understand.... or give me a website... thanks.
I already have the front plastic off of it These screws are what's holding the radio onto the dashboard.
 
This is tamper proof screw that takes a special tool to remove it.
You can try carefully slotting the head with a thin die grinder disk and using a regular flat tip screwdriver - otherwise, you'll simply need the special tool.
 
Could be a proprietary screw but what are you trying to do?

If you're just trying to replace the deck you just need the keys for that brand of stereo to pull the deck, then you just unhook the harness...
