How can i unlock my Sony Ericsson W995i?

I have a Sony Ericsson W995i which is locked to 3Network.
But about a month ago, they cut me off & I refuse to pay the bill due to me being over-billed since I've taken out my contract (5 months ago).
I'm quite a busy man and need to be contactable at all times, & for the moment I have a cheap little Samsung phone with an O2 simcard in it.
But I need my Sony Ericsson as that has so many more features, and I would like to know how to unlock it, so I can use my O2 sim in it.
Any websites, software downloads or anything will be greatly appreciated, as I dont really want to go to a shop & pay £20+ for it to be unlocked.
