Whenever i open my browser i can use it as long as i want but the problem is when i want to close it. I can't close my browser. The only way to close is i have to restart my laptop. Can anyone help me please how can i fix it?

Task manager does not work. In add/remove there isnt any option for internet explore. So sorry, your answwer is wrong
