How can I turn the power point(ppt) into flash(video)?

I'm going to upload it to You-tube. But I don't how to make it.
Could anyone show me how to do it, please ?
1- Free software.
2- Free download.
3- Easy to learn and use.
4- No need to register before use.
5- Better to have the instruction of step by step and photos indication, please !
