I have taken hot baths. I have iced my back. I have taken Alleve. Nothing has relieved any symptoms. I can hardly sit down, or stand up without being in pain. I've been trying to "roll over" to my good side and kind of prop myself up, but that just takes way too long. If I cough, my back hurts like hell because it's tHAT bad.
I have a 4 month old, that is currently sleeping, and I'm having a hard time even changing his diapers and picking him up.I can do it, but I feel like I'm about to die.
What can I do? Any more remedies? ...I can't even leave my apartment until 6pm because I can't even lift the car seat.
I don't have a heat pack at home. I have 6 hours until my boyfriend can buy one.
