how can i transform my ugly backpack into something wicked? can i bleach?

so, i have a really ugly backpack. and i want to make it white and then put paint splatters all over it. itll look tight.
i was thinking to bleach it? but still keep the jansport part white

btw, its blue with white polka dots. ugliest backpack ever i dont even know why i bought it.
but im trying to change it now.

does anyone know any way i can fullfill my goal?
also how can i bleach it so the black jansport part doesnt go away.
i was thinking putting bleach and water on it with a paintbrush...
we have no lockers. we kinda need a backpack.

and im asking how i can make it white, and then put paint splatters on it
